Itinerary:
The tour begins with hotel pickup at 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. Participants will meet their group and check their bikes before starting. The tour includes a visit to Tan An Market to experience local culture and food. You'll taste unique local specialties like raw sugar cane, sweet sticky rice, “Cao lầu” noodles, sesame soup, duck soup, and “kẹo kéo.” Stops include famous food families, like Madame Khánh – the “Bánh Mỳ Queen,” and makers of White Rose dumplings, where you can try making your own. The tour continues through alleyways visiting families producing sweet potato paper and green bean cakes, and includes treats like sugar cane juice, ice cream, stir-fried snails, and grilled rolls. Later, enjoy chicken rice from a long-established stall, visit a bread-making factory, then head to an island for grilled rice paper and sweet corn soup. The tour ends with the best famous food in an eco-village restaurant featuring “Bánh Xèo,” local beer, and coffee, before returning you to your hotel.
