Day 1: Hanoi arrival (D)
Pick up at the airport and our guide will assist you to the hotel. And you are free to explore the charming and peaceful city with lakes, parks and Old Quarter. Dinner and attending the world-famous water puppet show.

Day 2: Hanoi cooking class (B, L)
Pick up and transfer to the cooking school with our tour guide. Start with a market tour to buy some stuff for the cooking before the class. From 11 am, you are taught how to make the famous Spring Rolls (Nem), also Vietnamese cooking techniques such as rolling, stir-frying and dipping. You also learn to make salad and one dish of the main course. Enjoy your lunch with what you have made. In the afternoon, we will visit the Ho Chi Minh complex and Museum Of Ethnology. Enjoy 1 hour foot massage before returning to your hotel.
Day 3: Hanoi – Halong Bay. Private cruise (B, L, D)
We set off for Halong bay. Enjoy the driving through the vast rice paddies and vegetable farm of fertile Red River Delta. About 12.30, you will board your private cruise. Then, you will have lunch while cruising in the magnificent Bai Tu Long Bay, admiring the fascinating rock formations in the bay. In the afternoon, visit the cave and the cruise will embark at a white sandy beach for swim or kayak. Dinner and overnight on boat.

Day 4: Halong Bay – Hanoi – Danang – Hoian (B, BR)
Enjoy the bay’s morning landscape with a cup of tea or coffee. Have breakfast in the open-air sundeck. We will then visit the fishing village by rowing-boat, meet the local people and pass through the floating school and fish farms. Cruise back to the harbor while an a la carte lunch is served. By vehicle to the airport. Take the flight to Danang, then car onto Hoian town.

Day 5: Hoian walking tour (B)
Free in the morning at your beach resort. In the afternoon, your guide will escort you around the narrow streets on foot as cars are not allowed. You visit famous Merchant's houses such as Tan Ky house and Phung Hung house and Fujian Assembly Hall originated from a Vietnamese pagoda. Continue to visit Vietnam's most iconic attractions, Japanese covered bridge built in 18th Century which is depicted on the 20,000VND note. Our last stop at the town's cultural show rooms to learn more about Hoi An culture as well as Vietnam culture. By cyclo back to your hotel.
Day 6: Hoi An – Tra Que (B, L)
Biking distance: 3 km At 8 am, with our guide start biking toward Tra Que village from your hotel. Enjoy the countryside scenery on your two sides. At the farmer’s garden, the host will show you how to prepare the soil and fertilizing it with seaweed from the village’s lake. You also learn how to use the rake, to sow the seeds, watering, picking vegetables and many other gardening activities. Refresh and hanging out the village to discover, recognize and learn the usage of each herb. Back to the house to enjoy cooking lunch. Lunch is severed with local specialties including ‘tam huu’ spring roll, local pancake. After lunch, by bike back to your hotel. Free time to get tailor made clothes or indulging in a massage at your hotel.

Day 7: Hoian – Ho Chi Minh city (B)
Morning flight to Ho Chi Minh city. The afternoon trip will show you the real Saigon through the eyes of a local. Visit the bustling Ben Thanh market and a hidden Chinese pagoda. The Notre Dame Cathedral, the historic Central Post Office and The old French style City Hall.
Overnight in Ho Chi Minh City.
Day 8: Mekong delta (B, L)
We arise to go to Cai Be Floating Market. Upon arrival the jetty, take a motorized boat trip to travel through the floating market. Farmers are here to sell their products such as fruits, vegetables … On each boat, goods are hung on poles as a signal. After that, we will go deeper into the delta by local sampans and paddle along the small canals covered by coconut rows. Enjoy fruit snack before heading to Can Tho by vehicle.

Day 9: Can Tho – HCMC – Phu Quoc (B, L)
After the breakfast, we will arise early to go to the biggest floating market of the region. Continue on boat to cruise along the river and embark in an island where you enjoy a gentle walk on a quiet path and get close to the locals as they go about their daily routine. The boat brings you back to the jetty where our vehicle is waiting for you. Lunch on the way back to Sai Gon. By flight to Phu Quoc, pick up and transfer to your hotel in Phu Quoc.

Day 10: Phu Quoc island (B)
Free time to pampered yourself at the beach, get your skin suntanned.
Day 11: Phu Quoc island (B)
Day 12: Ho Chi Minh city/ departure (B)
By flight back to HCMC, drop off at the airport for your flight home. Tour ends at the airport.
